Print the first document out and keep it on hand for use during the training.
The other four documents are for referance material and can be viewed at your leasure on your computer without the need to print them out in part or whole. These files are made available in five parts for easy download even if you have dial-up only.
To download these files click on them and they will open with Adobe Reader 5 or later. Once open save them to the folder of your choice by using the "Save" commmand in the reader.
